1. How to download your apps?

You have two methods to download Softease apps: from Apple App Store or Mac App Store and our official website. In order to download apps from Apple App Store, you need an Apple ID to purchase apps from the Apple Store to your iPhone, iPad and Mac directly. But you can always download the latest version of all the apps on the official website at any time.

2. Can run your Mac apps on Snow Leopard?

Generally, our apps are compatible with Mac OS X series. You can refer to specific system requirements on each app.

3. Could run iOS apps on all iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch?

Our apps support major iOS devices. For better experience, we also release different versions for iPhone and iPad respectively.

4. Can I get the update much quicker?

Generally, we will release new version for both Windows and Mac apps on our official website and you can download to update the apps as soon as possible.

5. How long will I get your support response?

Generally speaking, we will send you feedback within 1 business day. For weekends or holidays, you may get a reply within 24 - 48 hours according to different cases. But actually, you will get a response in few hours or immediately in most cases.

6. Can I get a trial version before purchase?
